Terms & Conditions for Denver Fiber Internet

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of internet services provided by Denver Fiber Internet. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Denver Fiber Internet agrees to provide fiber-optic internet services to the customer as described in the selected service package, subject to availability and technical feasibility.

2. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are due according to the billing cycle indicated in your service agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in temporary suspension of service.
  • Customers agree to notify us promptly regarding any billing discrepancies.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or infringement of intellectual property.
  • Distribute harmful materials (viruses, malware, etc.).
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or network abuse.

Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Service Interruptions and Maintenance

Denver Fiber Internet will strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, temporary interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies may occur. Customers will be notified of scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.

5. Equipment

  • Equipment provided by Denver Fiber Internet remains our property unless explicitly purchased by the customer.
  • Customers agree to handle provided equipment responsibly and return it upon termination of services or risk incurring replacement fees.

6. Termination and Cancellation

  • Customers may terminate service by providing at least 30 days' notice.
  • Early termination fees may apply based on the service agreement terms.
  • Denver Fiber Internet reserves the right to terminate service for violation of terms, non-payment, or unlawful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Denver Fiber Internet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Denver Fiber Internet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use after notification indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Denver, Colorado.
